With 20 years in Hollywood, Michael brings a wizard-like magic and mastery to his projects.

​

Nominated 5-times by the Visual Effects Society for “Best Visual Effects in a Special Venue Project,” Michael produced the award winning feature film Trouble Is My Business, the sci-fi short Hyperion Chronicles and supervised numerous projects, including:

Michael has spearheaded R&D for novel stereoscopic production & conversion, media-driven VR experiences, projection mapping for special venues, workflows for multi-screen post-production, and system architecture for interactive media systems. Michael Smith is also a co-founder and partner of Lumen Actus, LLC.
